Website Reservations

How easy was the website to navigate and find the information you required?

Excellent - very easy and clear with all the information where I expected to find it.
Good - easy to use, could find most things when I searched through the navigation.
Average - OK, but I really had to search for what I wanted and also needed to call for more information.
Beneath Expectation - found website difficult to use and had to call for assistance.
Poor - experience errors with the website and it did not work correctly.

How did you find the presentation and layout of the website?
Excellent - website was very clear and presentable, layout was easy to follow.
Good - website looked nice and clean with good blend of images and information.
Average - website looked OK and things could be found without too much searching.
Beneath Expectation - website was of little use in making a booking or gaining information.
Poor - website looked tired and shabby and it did not work correctly.

How did you find the information on the website?
Excellent - the website told me everything I needed to know, and more.
Good - I found most of the information I needed on the website.
Average - I found the information I needed by searching through the navigation.
Beneath Expectation - I really had to search to find what I was looking for.
Poor - there was little information of any use on the website.
